For one individual, my headshot fee is $200. This includes a 15-minute phone consultation (happy to talk more as questions come up), 45-60 minute shoot with two looks, and two final, polished headshots delivered digitally within 5 business days. Faster turnaround is possible. Due to economies of scale, my headshot fee is lower with groups of people—so if you have colleagues or a firm, let's talk! 

My shoot fee for events is $175/hour plus post-production costs, and product shoots vary greatly depending on the needs. I will send a detailed quote after our email correspondence/phone call!

When we book together I will send you a detailed list of tips related to wardrobe/grooming. And I always recommend a phone call beforehand so I can answer any additional questions you have about the prep and process. If this is a group headshot session, know that I am skilled with logistics and coordination and will ensure our time together is well-planned and runs smoothly.

Over the years I've photographed over 100 events ranging from corporate gatherings to galas to nonprofit retreats, state capitol lobby days, graduation ceremonies, press conferences, weddings, parties and more. I know what to look for and I will always ask if you have a shot list.

With events, I always guarantee a set of finalized favorites delivered within 24 hours (people typically want these for social media). Remaining images will be delivered within 3-5 business days. Headshot proofs will be delivered within 3-5 business days, and final polished selections within 3-5 business days. Shorter timeframes are possible, and longer may be needed for larger scale shoots.

Yes. I deliver your imagery digitally via a Dropbox link, and you have full usage rights.
