How a team day works

  1. We plan it

    A quick call about your team size, location, and look. You get a color guide to share with everyone.

  2. I set up once

    The same backdrop and lighting for every person, so the whole team matches, now and when new hires join later.

  3. People rotate through

    A few minutes each, on a schedule that keeps your day moving. I coach every person so nobody looks stiff.

Team headshot questions

How much do team headshots cost?

My headshot fee is $200 for one person, and the per-person rate drops for groups. Send me your team size and location and I'll send a detailed quote.

Can you come to our office?

Yes. Team headshots can happen at your office or another location we pick together. I bring the same backdrop and lighting for every person so the whole team matches.

How long does each person need?

Only a few minutes. I build a schedule around your day so each person steps away from work briefly, and I handle the logistics so the session runs smoothly.

Can new hires match later?

Yes. Because I use the same backdrop and lighting setup, new team members can be photographed later and still match the rest of your team page.
